Subscription Plans
SocialBloom offers a monthly subscription service at €39.90 per month.
Free Trial
New users receive a 24-hour free trial period. During this time, you can test all features of our service at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Billing
- After the free trial, your subscription automatically begins
- You will be charged €39.90 on your billing date each month
- Billing occurs on the same day each month
- Charges appear on your statement as "SocialBloom" or similar identifier
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel. You will continue to be charged until you actively cancel your subscription.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. Some prepaid or neobank cards may not work depending on your location and card provider.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times
- You will receive email notifications
- Your service may be suspended until payment is successful
- After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be canceled
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Navigate to subscription settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Your service continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current month.
Reactivation
If you cancel and wish to return, you can reactivate your subscription at any time. You may be eligible for another trial period at our discretion.
Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
